Career Readiness Pilot
A focused 90-minute session introducing students to how early career pathways operate in practice, clarifying key expectations and decision points, and grounding student preparation in the realities of competitive recruitment environments.

A structured, interactive half-day programme (3-hours) deepening students’ understanding of how organisations define early-career roles and apply criteria to identify, assess, and select talent, supporting more informed career choices and targeted preparation.

Bridgepath Immersion Programme
