Client Terms
These terms apply when you book a service with Bridgepath CP Limited ("Bridgepath", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16612890), whose registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at contact@bridgepathcp.com.
1. Our services
Bridgepath provides career advisory services:
- For institutions: career readiness workshops and programmes for universities, colleges and schools.
- For individuals: a 30-minute introductory call, followed by one-to-one sessions bought as a package or as monthly advisory. Sessions take place by video call or, by arrangement, in person.
Our sessions provide guidance and insight. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as a university place, internship or job offer, and decisions you make following a session remain your own.
2. Institutional engagements
Workshops and programmes for institutions are agreed in a written proposal or engagement letter, which sets out the format, date, fees and any purchase order requirements. Unless that document says otherwise:
- We invoice after delivery, with payment due within 30 days.
- An institution can rearrange or cancel without charge with at least 14 days' notice. With less notice, 50% of the fee is payable, rising to the full fee with less than 48 hours' notice.
3. Introductory call
- The introductory call costs £45, paid in advance when you book.
- If you buy a package or monthly advisory within 14 days of your introductory call, we deduct the £45 from your first payment.
- From time to time we offer a complimentary introductory call, for example through an invitation link. Complimentary calls are limited to one per person and may be time-limited.
4. Packages and monthly advisory
Before you pay, we confirm by email what you are buying: the price, the number of sessions, any support between sessions, and how long the package is valid for.
- Packages are paid in advance, either in full or in the instalments we agree with you. Sessions must be used within the validity period in your confirmation email; after that, unused sessions expire. If a delay is caused by us, or by illness or another good reason, we will extend the period.
- Instalments: if you choose to pay monthly, you are buying the whole package at the total price shown, and you authorise us to take each instalment automatically from the card you pay with, on the same date each month, until the total is paid. If an instalment fails, we pause sessions until it is paid.
- Monthly advisory is billed monthly in advance, with a minimum term of 3 months. After that, you can cancel at any time with one month's notice by email. Each month includes the sessions stated in your confirmation email; an unused session can be carried into the following month only.
- Between sessions: email is for arranging sessions. Questions about your plan are best brought to your next session, where they get proper attention. Where a package includes a document review, we return written comments within 3 working days.
5. Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel any booking within 14 days of paying, for any reason, by emailing contact@bridgepathcp.com.
When you accept these terms at checkout, you ask us to start providing your service within those 14 days, for example by holding a session you have booked. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you paid, less the value of any sessions already delivered. Once your service has been delivered in full, the right to cancel no longer applies.
The value of a session is £45 for the introductory call, and for a package, the package price divided by the number of sessions. If you are paying in instalments, we also cancel any instalments not yet taken, and if the value of sessions delivered is more than you have paid, the difference is payable. We refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Example: you buy a 6-session package for £600 and cancel after 2 sessions, 10 days after paying. Each session is worth £100, so we refund £400.
6. Cancelling after 14 days
- Packages: after 14 days, packages are non-refundable, and any remaining instalments are still payable. If we are unable to deliver your remaining sessions, we refund them in full and stop any remaining instalments.
- Monthly advisory: after the minimum term, give one month's notice and no further payments are taken. Payments already made are not refunded.
7. Rescheduling and missed sessions
- You can move a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend, we will rearrange it at no charge once per package. After that, a late-cancelled or missed session counts as used.
- If we need to cancel or move a session, we will offer you a new time or a refund for that session, whichever you prefer.
8. Clients under 18
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, make or approve the payment, and be copied into our correspondence. Parents and guardians are welcome to join the introductory call.
9. Confidentiality and data
What you share with us in sessions is treated as confidential. We do not share it with anyone, including schools, universities or employers, without your permission, unless the law requires us to. If you share feedback about working with us, we only publish it with your permission, and without your full name unless you agree. Survey responses collected during institutional programmes are anonymous and reported only in aggregate. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
10. Our responsibility to you
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong because of our failure, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please email contact@bridgepathcp.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it promptly.
12. General
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you pay applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
